What kind of warranty comes with my power tools?
All power tools purchased through our store come with a standard 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Some premium brands may offer extended coverage upon registration.
How long does shipping take for heavy machinery?
Standard items ship within 2-3 business days. For heavy machinery or oversized equipment, please allow 5-7 business days for specialized freight delivery to ensure your tools arrive safely.
Do you offer a return policy for used equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused tools in their original packaging. If a tool has been used and is found to be defective, it will be handled under our warranty repair or replacement program.
Are batteries and chargers included with cordless tools?
It depends on the listing. Products marked as 'Tool Only' or 'Bare Tool' do not include batteries or chargers. 'Kits' typically include the tool, at least one battery, and a compatible charger.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you provide bulk discounts for contractors?
